To qualify for a Scholarship: Recipients of this scholarship are chosen by Everyone Loves hankering (ELH) founder, Dawn Hanke and her family. Scholarships are funded solely by fundraising efforts and the donations from generous supporters.

You MUST be between 17 and 21 years of age and
live in the United States.
You MUST have been impacted by a loved one (parent, guardian or caretaker) who is or was incarcerated. (Verification of current or previous incarceration is required.)
Documentation of financial need.
Applicants MUST submit a completed application packet with an essay or personal statement about how parental incarceration has impacted their lives.
You MUST prove acceptance into either an institution of higher learning or a trades program - Payment shall be made directly to the institution based on a verifiable invoice.
